SUBMISSION OF THESES
Dear colleagues, if in your practice you had interesting clinical cases, rare diseases, or non-standard course of them, if you are a participant in a fundamental or clinical hair study and you would like to share your observations with colleagues, we invite you to submit abstracts to participate in the Congress.
The best cases will be included in the scientific program of the Congress, in the section "Clinical cases" or in the form of a poster presentation (poster- presentation).
TO YOUNG SPECIALISTS
To the attention of young specialists : a traditional travel grant from UHRS for participation in the World Hair Research Congress!
Your thesis may give you a chance to get a travel grant to attend the 11th World Hair Research. The Ukrainian Hair Research Society presents a travel grant for participation in WCHR2019, which will be held in Barcelona, Spain from April 24 to April 27 , 2019. The purpose of awarding grants is to encourage young doctors from Eastern Europe and Asian who submit abstracts for a poster presentation.
A grant for a trip to the World Hair Research Congress is also played out among all the abstracts submitted, but the age of the author is up to 35 years old. Ukrainian young speciaists (students, residents, young scientists and doctors) are strongly encouraged to submit an application. UHRS members have a prioritized allocation of grants. In grant awarding the main role will be played by theses adopted by the organizers of the meeting.
The decision to award a grant will be considered by the UHRS Council and members of the International Scientific Committee, which will be announced in advance. Information will be announced on the official website of UHRS and sent to your email.
Applications for a grant from the UHRS for participation in the congress are accepted until November 30, 2018. Please prepare and submit your application in advance.

The Scientific Committee announces admission of abstracts from experts in the field of studying biology of hair, diseases of hair and scalp, and clinical practice. Please note that papers submitted in electronic form are accepted. Please send your abstract to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The thesis should be written in Russian in Times New Roman font of 11 points with a single line spacing. The name of the file in MS Word must contain the last name of the author. When submitting several abstracts by one author, the author's name should follow the corresponding number. Please indicate the type of report: oral or poster. The final decision on the presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee. The value of the thesis will be assessed by the UHRS Council and members of the International Scientific Committee, the decision of which will be announced to your email.
Deadline of the submission of theses: 30.11.2018.
TO REGISTRATION OF THESES
The thesis should be written in Russian in Times New Roman font of 11 points with a single line spacing.
Title - in bold capital letters.
From the new line, list the authors' names separated by commas (initials, separated by a full stop, then a space and last name, comma and the following name, if necessary).
The name of the author of the presentation should be underlined. Do not add academic titles (for example, prof., Dr, etc).
Thesis text from a new line without indents. The thesis must be informative and meet scientific requirements. It should consist of such parts: introductory part, goals, methods, results, conclusions (without the names of the parts). Tables and pictures cannot be used. Text size should not exceed 2500 characters (with spaces), contain links.
New line with the name of the institution of responsible author. City, zip code and country. The email address of the responsible author.
For the poster session, all abstracts that correspond to the topics stated above are selected. For the section "Clinical cases" (oral report) selection is carried out only from the abstracts describing a specific clinical case.
TO THE STAND REPORT
Size (max): 900 mm (W) x 1200 mm (H) (A0 format)
The title of the report, the name of the authors and the affiliation to the organization are indicated at the top.
The content of the report should be clear and understandable without verbal explanation.
The content of your poster should correspond the information included in your thesis.
Poster presentation should be readable from a distance of 1 m.
As a rule, the text looks best on a white background.

Front of the poster should be large enough for readability. For readability, it is recommended to use a minimum font size of 28 points with a maximum report size of 600 words.
Clear charts, formulas, graphs, diagrams, and images give more understanding than condensed text.
Use acceptable and compatible colors of fronts, backgrounds and graphics, provide free space between words, sections and pictures.
Posters should be made of paper with the possibility of mounting on double-sided tape.
A stand under the number corresponding to the number of the report will be allocated for each poster report. Presenters must promptly and independently install and remove posters. During poster presentations, speakers should be in front of the designated stand to discuss the presented materials with the conference participants and answer their questions.
